We are located on Prior St, a quiet residential street on the northwest edge of Fernwood and a 5 minute walk from Quadra Village. We are a 5 minute walk to the Crystal Pool Rec Centre, a 20 min walk or 10 minute bike to downtown, right along the #4 bus route to UVic, a 20 minute ride that comes every 15 minutes. We are one block away from the recently updated Vancouver St bike path that runs the north south corridor for bikes.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, quiet, mature, and a straightforward communicator. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. I am looking to match the household quiet hours.
