Clifftop 1400 sq. ft. rancher on park like acreage featuring open layout kitchen/ living /dining with cozy pellet stove and sliders to a wraparound deck. Huge master bedroom with king bed, cozy wood stove, deck access and full bath. Second bedroom with queen bed and second full bath across the hall. Enjoy the park like back yard. Gordon's Beach is a 5 minute walk. The magnificent Gray whales pass by this home in the spring as they migrate to northern feeding grounds, and return again in the fall. Roaming pods of resident killer whales can also be seen offshore, as well as otters, seals and sea lions.
