Utilities are an additional $100/month for one tenant or $150/month for two tenants. Cable/internet not included.

We may be able to supply some furnishings if interested.

No smoking/vaping or drugs of any type. Tenancy insurance required. Suite suitable for respectful, responsible tenant(s). No pets. References and proof of ability to pay rent required.
