It is a 5 minute drive to UVIC and Camosun. 10 minutes to both hospitals, 10 minutes to downtown and a quick walk down the road to a major bus route. All utilities and wi-fi are included. This is a quiet friendly neighborhood and we are pet friendly. The backyard is fully fenced. The landlords live upstairs with their own dog, Bernie. There is free street parking and a huge laundry room with a second sink and drying rack. It is currently semi-furnished but open to negotiations if the renter wish things to be removed. The bright sun room leads into the kitchen which includes a counter top dishwasher, full fridge, stove and microwave. The smaller second bedroom fits a queen size bed. The larger master bedroom has a king size bed, a small walk in closet, custom wood corner dresser and wood wall unit including a desk. The suite has custom hardwood throughout and custom wood doors. The large living room has a gas fireplace that is tremendous at heating the unit there is also AC. There is a three piece bathroom with a walk in shower, heated floors but sorry no tub.
