We are looking for a single tenant for our bright, recently renovated basement suite.
Available March 1, with some flexibility between then and April 15 for move in.

All appliances are only a few years old.
On bus routes to Camosun, Uvic, and downtown. Walking distance to shops/ amenities.

Rent includes heat, hot water, wifi, and garbage/ recycling. Shared laundry. No tenant parking on the property, however there is a lot across the street. No smoking/ no pets.
