1 Bed, 1Bath + Den Above Ground Suite

1 bedroom + den suite. 1 person...not 2...non smoking and no pets. 1 Parking and in-suite laundry. Someone who does not work at home (we already work from home.) There are floor to ceiling windows and a great patio. Very light and bright and modern. Sorry I don't have picture all with rooms empty. The track lighting has been replaced with better lighting:-) Electric fireplace. Separate meter. Prefer someone in their 50's +. And must be fun! We are going to greatly miss our current tenant (and adopted family member:-)
