1 spacious unfurnished bedroom available from October 1, 2024 in a 2-bedroom apartment. I am a full-time project coordinator for a civil engineering company so I work Mondays to Fridays. The pictures attached show the space is unfurnished but it is furnished at the moment. I am looking for a person that is respectful, tidy and good at communication as a housemate. I am open to viewing on Thursday, Friday and weekend evenings preferably.

The room will cost $1100 per month due on the last day of the previous month. The common areas are already furnished - just the room you will be staying in that is unfurnished.
