$2300 monthly includes utilities such as heat, hot water and shared washer and dryer.
This is a very bright, nice size suite and would suit working couple or?
Maximum 2 people occupancy.
(a third occupant may be considered if it is for a young family)

This is a safe, family friendly Saanich neighborhood, literally steps from Rogers school and Christmas hill. Great for walking and/or biking! 10 minute walk to bus stop.
Note this is a no smoking / no vaping residence.
One year lease will be required.

Note, this suite has had very low turnover.
Current tenants were here for 3 years, and the previous for 10+ years.

Note that we have a process:
After a phone chat and a ‘meet and greet’, interested parties will need to complete an application form and provide work references and past landlord references.
Proof of income will be required. (pay stub or similar)
Renter's insurance will be required.
Should you be successful in moving forward in the application process, a credit check may be conducted. (with your permission)
