1 beautiful bedroom suite is available in the Gordon Head area located right in front of Mt. Doug mountain (perfect for hikes, UVIC & Camosun students, etc.) The house was custom built in 2011.

We plan to change the hardwood floors to a new colour / design in between the current tenant leaving and the new tenant arriving. Therefore, the suite will be available sometime between September 1, 2024 and September 3, 2024. Rent will be prorated accordingly.

$1,600 for one person. $1,650 for two people.
