My 3 bedroom 1 bath bungalow in Oak Bay is for rent. This home is one side of a duplex, with the garages separating the units for peace and quiet. I also own the other duplex unit! I am looking to rent this until April 30, 2025, which is perfect if you are looking for a shorter term tenancy! The bungalow is available now, but December 1st may work for you too!

This home features a large living / dining room, a bright kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower / full-sized tub. Two linen / hallway closets, an attached and enclosed garage and a stair-accessible attic provide copious storage. Each bedroom has its own closet and plenty of storage and there are vintage glass doorknobs and lovely and warm character hardwood throughout much of the house. A full sized washer and dryer are provided for all of your laundry needs and the backyard and generous sideyard are fully fenced. The property is pet-friendly and has off-street driveway parking!

The home is on lovely Eastdowne Road near Dalhousie Street and Cadboro Bay Road in the heart of Oak Bay. It is easily accessible by a short bus ride to UVic or Camosun and is very near Estevan Village, Oak Bay High, Oak Bay Rec, Carnarvon Park, Willows school, Willows Beach, the ocean and Royal Jubilee Hospital!

While the house is unfurnished, we have some furniture that can be used in the unit if you need it--a queen sized bed and frame, bedside tables, a sofa, a TV stand and television, a big comfy side chair, etc.!

Rent is $3,350 / month, with you responsible for your own utilities. Bonus: while the house has in-wall radiators, they are decommissioned and the house is heated efficiently with a forced air furnace.
