Are you studying at Camosun on Lansdowne? or working by the Jubilee Hospital?
You will be able to go walking to any of those places from home.
If you are attending UVIC the bus # 14 will take you there in 10 minutes. There are several bus routes and stops close to the house.
You can be independent, but not lonely. You can have a suite in a quiet neighborhood, with private entrance from the backyard. Nice double windows, wood floor on living room and bedroom, kitchen with shelves and and cabinets, one full size fridge, eating area. Cute bathroom with shower.
Doing laundry will be easy with laundry room beside the suite.
The house is located on walking distance to SaveOn Foods, Hillside Mall, OakBay recreation Center, Starbucks, Banks, etc. Shopping is easy and Jubilee Hosp. is a few blocks away.
Do you have a car? there is enough street parking at the front of the house.
Bus # 14 goes straight to UVIC and to CAMOSUN, and on the opposite way same buds #14 will take you to the Jubilee and to downtown.
For everyone's comfort we can not allow any smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere on the property. no parties, No pets either.
