Super-quiet cul de sac in Thetis Heights, in Langford. A brand-new cedar hot tub is absolutely luxurious in the rainforest. Huge cedar patio with lots of outdoor seating. Room for 3+ vehicles to park. Great soundproof family room with big TV and great sound system. 3 giant skylights.

At the end of a quiet cul de sac, our property is on the top of a rock mass overlooking Thetis Heights, with a view towards Bear Mountain. There is plenty of private off-street parking.

The house is on a single level. Enter to a cozy living room. Mud room and laundry room off this room, then it leads to kitchen, dining room and family room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the south side of the house. A huge patio and balcony are off the dining room. Descend 6 steps outside to a private 6-person cedar hot tub.

The entire space is yours, and there are no other units or rentals or anything. Complete privacy!

Utilities are additional. We can discuss whether you'd like to operate the hot tub, which requires regular maintenance, or shut it down.

We're slightly flexible on dates (though no earlier than Dec 1). We'll need rental and employment references. Looking forward to meeting you!
