A ground floor one-bedroom legal suite in a family home. The suite is on the ground floor, and we live upstairs. We have children and a big dog. Previous tenants have been living here for four years and moving because they bought a house outside the city. The home is lived in, so there is a little transfer of noise, but it is minimal.
A great space for a single person or a young couple.
Separate entrance.
Lovely views and full access to the garden (you can even have your own or share if you like to garden).
Our dog is very friendly, but on the property. He is never inside the suite.
As the suite is in our family home, we are looking for tenants who are respectful. Credit checks and references are required.
Nearby: Just steps from Rock Heights Park. 5min walk to the bus to UVIC/downtown, 10 min walk to ERC, the new Saxe Point Pub, Red Barn, Esquimalt Rec, and the centre of Esquimalt. 4km to downtown Victoria.
