This is a fabulous place to soak in the sunshine and fresh air with family and friends during the spring, summer, and fall months. Parking: There is a parking space on the driveway and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house and around the corner in front of the water park (about 10 steps away). This duplex backs onto a park and the front faces a cul de sac, which provides a lovely spacious feel surrounded by greenery.
