This apartment is in a secure building kinda at the beginning of Jasper Ave. This means you still have all the shops and things to do, while still being in a safe area. Perfect location.

Walk to the river valley is only 4 minutes. Inside the building, there is an amazing Italian café - as a resident, you get discounted coffee there. It also has the best pizza I ever had.

Next to the building there is a bus station. Safeway is within walking distance (about 5-6 minutes walk).
