Vinyl planking through most of suite, bedroom does have carpet.  All new stainless steel appliances, television, microwave.

1 year old ENDY mattress, with mattress protector.  Suite is very quiet, cozy and warm (it has it's own water heater and furnace from other suite).

Access to suite is required twice a year to change air filters in both suites, with lots of advance notice and at renter's convenience.

ALL UTILITIES ARE an extra costs of $250/month for: Water, Electric, Natural Gas, Unlimited Fibre Optic Internet and Cable (Telus). no variable bills!
