ROOMMATE WANTED - Furnished Cozy Condo in Oliver | 107 - 10171 119 St NW, Edmonton

Hello, I am currently looking for a roommate (perfect for a student or someone who has shift work out of town) to begin renting at the beginning of October 2024. I apologize in advance for the possible inconvenience of beginning renting in October as opposed to September the beginning of the school year, the reason is that the current tenants contract is till the end of Sept.

This unit comes with all utilities and WIFI included. The bedroom is a walkthrough room with french doors and a detached bathroom with a shower. I recently installed a new toilet in the tenant bathroom. The tenant would get their own bedroom & bathroom, and then the kitchen, dining room and living room would be shared space.

PRIME Location, everything around you is within walking distance. Downtown core is less than 10 min walk. Hospitals, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, entertainment, gyms you name it. Tons of walking/biking trails in the river valley just a 2 min walk away. Within 10 min walking distance to Grant MacEwan University and less than 10 min drive to the University of Alberta.

Default parking would be on the street but I can also look into getting another spot in the underground parking if you wanted, it would be at extra cost of course though. Note that only small to medium sized vehicles fit so trucks and such would have to be parked on the street. Also there are bike racks in the parkade.

Ultimately I am seeking a roommate who is mature and respectful of the unit, my property and the other tenants in the building. It is a great neighbourhood with very friendly people.
