You have your own smart tv with wireless head set and all channels you like to have .
Our home is located in great neighbourhood name CANORA on the west end , air bnb style everything is fully furnished ,
You will share the fridge only with landlord .
And 4 level shelves cabinet for your grocery .
Also your own extra entrance open closet for your shoes and jackets ( everyone has their own private entrance closet )

We are located on upper floor with our own private separate entrance and yes it’s street parking .
lower floor has 2 working people and they have their own private entrance ( backyard ) , floors are totally separated and private backyard has its own BBQ and fire pit and it is shared .
You are leaving with the landlord and one more extra tenant upper floor , about people in the house , we are student and working responsible people most of us work even Saturdays , we don’t have any drama or argument or any sort of un- comfortable noise or behaviour at all .

House rules : after 10:30 pm it is quite time , everyone are sleep if you wish to be up and watch movie you have own imax style headset to enjoy your late night movie time quietly .
Other house rules you can not have any guest over or over night sleep guest or family at all , as I said it’s a beautiful comfortable secure house for working responsible people who want to live comfortable at home with no late night party and no sound after 10:30 pm since most of us wake up 6:00 am get ready for work and the landlord managing everything in the house .
If you wish to talk long hours on your phone you lost welcome to use the sunroom outside , since we like it quite after 10:30 pm .

You most welcome to use common area and you will have 2 cabinets in kitchen to store your grocery as well , and of course kindly wash the dishes and clean after yourself is a must do in the hose Please .
Big bathroom that we share with double ikea white vessel sink with ( 70” wide by 23” dept ) wooden vanity and you will have your private shelf ( 24” wide by 16” dept) in bathroom to store your personal stuff .
