1 room+ office/storage room for rent | 11216 46 Avenue Northwest, Edmonton

We are a group of 4 young men (23-25) looking for someone to rent an extra room+office/storage room in our home (yes both rooms for 750$ total), we have 2 fridges, 3 deep freezers so food storage is no issue, the home has 2 full bathrooms. There is street parking/garage pad parking available. We don't care for hard drugs or partiers. You would be expected to help out on cleaning days and shoveling the sidewalk come winter(we take turns). We would prefer either a young professional or someone close in age going to university. its a 5-10 minute walk to the Southgate LRT station.

We have pretty wicked internet so sharing bandwidth is never really a concern.

You would have to provide 2 references and 1 month rent up front as a damage deposit and sign the lease we have already signed on for (lease ends august 31st next year)
