* The room has new furniture, such as a queen bed frame, a queen mattress, a desk, a chair, a nightstand, and a fridge for $800 monthly including utilities and internet, a deposit of $800 with a year lease, and available immediately.

* Shared common area: a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an In-suite laundry room. Two working men are living right now so we are looking for another 2 men for the other 2 rooms. All tenants must take turns cleaning the common area weekly and toilet paper.
