it's perfect for students because we have another student.
No smoking and illegal drugs or alcohol. No pets. Electricity, heating, water and internet included we take damage deposit $500. kitchen you have to share with other student. This room has half wash room close to living room and when you take shower you need to share with other student upstairs.(Only this has to share)
We take payment every 1st day of Month $800. No food including. Bus stop within 5 minutes and it takes to Clearview train
