All easy to keep clean, the floors have warm luxury vinyl tiles except for the ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.

The den and bedroom are at opposite ends of the condo with the bathroom in between. The den faces the backyard like the living room does. It has French doors with large curtains to optionally and fully cover the glass.

All the windows have venetian blinds. Openable windows in the bedroom, den, dining area and living room allow for fresh air to flow freely from one end of the condo to the other.

The exclusive use laundry center with washer and dryer found in the bathroom is new.
