Includes 1 bedroom, private bathroom with storage closet, rec room and laundry as well as your own parking pad. It will be shared laundry, freezer, kitchen if necessary and backyard. I am in the process of putting in a breakfast bar with sideboard, microwave and fridge.

$ 100 for utilities which includes heat, electricity, water, internet, wifi and cable tv. Bedroom has a new queen size bed. No pets and No smokers. Rent is $1,000 a month plus damage deposit. Available October 1st, 2024.
