The specifications are as follows:
1. Available June 1, 2025.
2. Newly renovated 1220 square foot of living space with very large bedrooms (please see pictures) and kitchen.
This is a legal suite. 5 minutes away from each of the Southland and Anderson train stations.

5. Street parking
6. $1495 per month excluding utilities. If you would prefer to rent it with utilities, we can figure out a flat fee per month (approximately $250 per month).
7. Located on main transit line, 5 minutes to McLeod, Anderson LRT and Southland LRT, 20 minutes drive to downtown Calgary.
8. Term will be negotiated but long term preferred (6 months or more).
9. Preferably no pets but terms can be negotiated for the right tenant and depending on the pet. An additional pet fee payment will be required in that case. Preference will be given for tenants with no pets.
