Alright, so here's the deal. We know you've always wanted to be trendy and looked up to by your group of friends/acquaintances. What better way to say "I'm hip" than to also say "I live in Bowness", the next epicentre in the gentrification of drug addled neighbourhoods once the bane of Calgary's existence? Seriously, this neighbourhood rules more than Jada over Will. Let's talk about what's around here: The best Leopold's Tavern outside of Regina is a hop, skip and jump from your front door. The library, full of great fiction and really old DVD's is even closer. Just yesterday, we discovered a brand new record/board game/book store, only 10 minutes by foot from where you will lay that pretty little head of yours. There is an entirely new development that opened up down the street (another 10 minute walk, can you believe it?), which includes a REAL Canadian Superstore, Dollarama, Liquor Store, some place with burritos, a Pet Valu and also a veterinarian to take those pets when you feed them said burritos. 5 minutes in your car will bring you to Bowness Park or if you are the Frolfing type, just across the river to Baker Park. Lots of paths to explore, as well as access to the dirty sides of Bowness, which are also fun to explore (fyi: don't try the "ice").

Now, let's chat about your potential abode. This place is pretty nice for a basement suite, I must say. Mostly because I built it. Everything from the floors to the bathroom to the furnace to the barn wood feature wall is new. A new kitchen, complete with a USB charging plug (!!!), some sweet pendants and an apartment sized fridge to keep you from blowing your entire cheque on needless food, along with a microwave & dishwasher at no extra charge, makes this THE place to heat up 7-11 taquitos. Two bright bedrooms, complete with state of the art egress windows in case one of us lights the place up and handmade custom barn doors on your closet (told ya it was trendy). A brand new bathroom, which wouldn't be complete without a massive rain shower head, spray wand, and some sick glass/tile work to bring it all together. I'm sure you can see from the pics exactly what's going on in there. Laundry is shared with your two rad landlords and their sweet as hell cats, where you will also find a deep freeze that's for your use as well as an extra fridge for when you do decide to spend your entire cheque on needless food/booze. There is storage space in the shared laundry, though not a shitload, so please don't ask me to store your collection of heirloom plates in there. Us pesky landlords will need to store a few things in there too. Parking on the street is no problem. The yard is huge and there's a garden box out there if you want to plant some vegetables. You can also use the BBQ if you ask nice, or give me some of what you grill.

Utilities are split 60/40 and they do tend to vary depending on month/governing party of AB. Just so you're aware.
