I am looking for a housemate to share my place. Your space is downstairs. With private entrance. There is a small door between the suites. There is a shared backyard. It's cozier and private. There is a bbq to share. Downstairs, you have your own mudroom area (which is the only shared space) which leads into your suite. New floors and fresh paint make it a looker for a basement space. There is a spacious big bedroom. And a smaller office or kiddo room. You have your own private ensuite laundry. You'd also have access to a second laundry set up so you could do two loads at once. The kitchen is a little smaller, but decent and has a dishwasher. There is also a functional electric wall mounted fire place. As far as basement suites go-this one checks out not bad. It's a basement suite so there is some ambient noise from upstairs. It's also a basement so tends to be a little cooler. Which is nice in the summer.

The location is great, as it is beside a huge park for your pet if you have one. Also, you are steps away from the not revitalized Ogden Shopping district. There's some decent food in the area. Riverbend has the best shawarma in the city. There's a fresco and sobeys near by.

A little bit about myself. Im a medical professional and have owned the house for 12 years. I live alone upstairs. The house will be quietest during the day. So good if you work from home.
