Comfortable garden suite with outdoor patio & own entrance | Calgary

One bedroom furnished suite on walkway in Signal Hill with your own entrance and outdoor patio facing the garden. This suite is suitable for one person or a couple and NOT suitable for a family. Full kitchen with lots of storage, a large fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom has a very deep soaker tub and shower. Living room has a gas fireplace, lots of storage for books and movies and a large tv with cable. Bedroom has a queen bed and LOTS of closet space. . Huge oven and mounted plates for cooking. Shared washer dryer on main level at no extra cost  but no scented products. Space outside for a BBQ on patio that already has a table and chairs. Please, no smoking in or on the property. We would consider an indoor cat for an extra non refundable $50 per month. Please email me as our phone is not being reliable. Bus stop within a block. We would like renters who will stay for at least 12 months as going through this process is very time consuming and we want renters we can trust as we are sharing our home with you. Thanks, Marilyn
