Upstairs I'm a 33-year-old working professional. Non-partyer, I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m hoping to rent to someone similar. No drugs, vaping and not 420 friendly. I work odd hours; my day starts at 4am, and I’m in bed around 8p. Looking for someone quiet. A new high efficient furnace and hot water tank was also just installed. Damage deposit, proof of income, record check, tenant insurance and references will be required. Utilities will be split 50/50, I'll send you a copy of the Enmax bill each month. The basement is currently available but I’m not in a rush to rent it, looking for the right applicant.
