Please send a rental application expressing your interest which must include at the very least a name and contact phone number. I typically screen tenants over the phone to ensure they meet the bare minimum requirements so if you have not talked to me on the phone you will not be viewing the place until you do. I will not provide the address until we have spoken on the phone and we have set and confirmed a time for the viewing.
Please be advised to apply for tenancy at this condo after viewing you will need to provide the following:
- Two pieces of government issued photo ID for all occupants over the age of 18. (One piece for children, AB health is fine)
- Proof of Income. Acceptable forms of proof of income are as follows, If employed: Last two Paystubs, If self-employed: Last 2 years NOA, If you are receiving AISH last 2 months bank statement or AISH stubs, If you are getting Canada Child Benefit: Last 2 months bank statements or screenshot of CCB entitlement on Canada.ca website. We do not accept the following as proof of income: Job letters, E-transfer history, Alberta works, PayPal statements.
- Letter of reference from prior landlord
- Credit check which can be provided on rentfaster
- Emergency contacts info
