I work odd hours; my day starts at 4am, and I’m in bed around 7p. Looking for someone quiet. The Enmax bill (power, water, gas, etc) will be split 50/50. A new high efficient furnace and hot water tank was also just installed. Damage deposit, proof of income, record check, tenant insurance and references will be required. The basement is currently available but I’m not in a rush to rent it, looking for the right applicant.
