- All rooms will have locks and keys for privacy.
- Smoking cigarettes or cannabis will only done outside by the porch.
- Vaping inside the house is permitted.
- Guests or small parties are allowed as long as it has been approved by all the people living in the house.
- There are a lot plants in the house and the responsibility of taking care of them is solely on the owner.
- Room modifications such as hanging something on the wall or anything similar must be approved by the owner.
