Not only is the Condo ready to be rented out, Ill be moving out of the city so longer-term leases are encouraged. How many years would you like to make this your home? Would consider selling to the right tenant if they fell in love and didn't wish to part with it.

This building is quiet and peaceful, a lovely place that hopefully inspires you as much as it did to me. Despite being only around 580 square feet, it feels so open and inviting yet cozy and secure. The way the autumn leaves looked through the window contrasted beautifully with the deep green ceiling.

Temperature is easy to regulate to what feels comfortable in the moment;
The building has a built-in geothermal heat pump to keep this place warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We may not have a max heat bylaw (yet!) but at least you can live in comfort here.

The large windows let in lots of light, so if you don't neglect your plants like me, they should thrive. The private balcony might not be allowed to be painted, but you can decorate it and turn it into your little oasis. Open kitchen with an island, perfect for entertaining as long as things quiet down at night. This building isn't the most soundproof I've ever stayed in, but a wonderfully peaceful place to get some solitude from your hectic life.

Amenities include a newly outfitted gym, recently installed Telus fibre optics, a well-maintained courtyard, and elevators. As long as you remember to take down the screens, the windows are washed a couple times a year

Walking distance to South Centre Mall, a local market, library, Safeway, leisure centre, and the ctrain station nearby. Bus stops right outside the complex.

I believe strongly in honesty and will consider people who have unconventional professions. Everyone deserves a safe and secure home.
