And the attention to detail creates an inviting place to call home. You can simply pack your clothes and move in, everything is awaiting your stay, furniture, pots and pans, utensils etc... The shared laundry is in very good repair and easily accessible. It is located in Mayland Heights which is only 2 kms from the Calgary Zoo and 5 kms from downtown. It has both central location and a quiet neighbourhood. We ran a BNB for four years, but have now decided to give ourselves a break by renting full time. Thus the staged appearances.... because it is indeed staged. Keep in mind the cost includes free laundry access and utilities. When factored in the rent is quite good. Come have a look for yourself!
Ideally, the duration of stay is one year. Shorter stays may require a rent adjustment. The rent is for single or couples occupancy. It is not suitable for families, with our apologies.
