• Hey there! I’m a 30-year-old female, small business owner, and medical aesthetician with a studio in Kensington, so I tend to keep busy! I love decompressing at home with movie marathons on colder nights, hosting dinner parties with friends, and spending time outdoors camping in the summer. Staying active is big for me—I’m into Pilates (and hope to teach one day!) and dabble in pottery!

  I also have a background in fashion and interior design, so you’ll notice I’m always updating pieces in my space, especially around Christmas—I love decorating and bringing festive cheer into the home! Things can change often, depending on the season of life I’m in, but I always aim for a cozy and stylish vibe.

  I share my home with Franklin, my 3-year-old Australian Labradoodle. He’s hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed, and is very well-trained and calm. I’m looking for someone who’s very clean, respectful, non-smoking, and low-key—someone who values a cozy, ever-evolving space and can appreciate my design touches. • Rent is $1100/month and includes all utilities.

• Decent-sized white bedroom (can fit a queen bed) with walk-in closet and your own private attached bathroom! Unit is fully furnished on the 2nd floor with shared kitchen/living room space & laundry room. All you need to bring is your bedroom furnishings and kitchen belongings. There is cabinet space for your own pots & pans, kitchen utensils, dishes and small appliances.
