Applicants must be able to meet the following criteria specific to this unit: household income less than $58,500, credit score greater than 600, bank account balance equal to two months rent, current letter of employment or equivalent document, personal reference, landlord reference and current resume. Applicants with outstanding collections or bankruptcy will not be considered. Income to be reported and verified annually.
