This is the new renovation house and furnished. I have five rooms share bathroom and kitchen for rent. The basement has it own heat/cool control system, so you will never need to worry about the hot or cold or depend on the upstair felling anymore. it is in vicinity of everything about 10 minus drive to the downtown, UOC, SAIT, Calgary Airport ...you name it. The bus stop is right in front of the house and there are a bunch of good elementary, secondary schools in walking distance. There is a park cross the street with an out door rink. I could rent 1 room included all (utilities, internet, cleaning service 1 a week) for maximum 2 persons with the rate of $1100/month or you can rent the whole basement with the quote of $2.200 included everything (utilities, internet, cleaning service 1 a week).
