Basement includes a comfortable-sized living area with laminate flooring, a full bathroom and a small room which could be made into an office/workout area. There is additional storage under the stairs which includes your own washer and dryer. Your small kitchenette includes cupboards, a sink, fridge and microwave. Ideal for someone who prefers simple meals (no oven, no dishwasher). We will provide an induction stovetop.

My husband and I live upstairs with our two dogs. You will have your own separate access to front entry, with our upstairs space being enclosed completely. There is ample street parking.

Rent is $1500/month. All utilities are included - except cable. We will supply an Amazon Firestick for an additional $50/month, if interested. Security deposit (first month’s rent), as well as employment and rental references are required. We would like to start with a 6-month lease, and proceed forward. We will guarantee the same amount of rent for 1 year. We would like to find someone who plans to stay long-term.
