This is an ideal fixed-term rental for a couple or family while they renovate/build a new home, complete a temporary work assignment or sabbatical, or while considering the right permanent place to relocate to in Calgary. Our beautifully furnished home is available from January 1 to May 31, 2025.  Variations on this term can be considered.

Located on a quiet street in the Killarney neighbourhood, close to schools, parks, shops and restaurants in Marda Loop, Signal Hill and 17th Ave and about 15 minutes from the University of Calgary. Light-filled duplex with 2400 sq ft on 3 levels with hardwood flooring on the two main levels. The open-plan main floor consists of kitchen, living room, dining area, and powder room. Kitchen features include new stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop and large island for plenty of counter space. It is well stocked with everything a cook needs from a light lunch to a grand dinner party. The comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and walkout to the sunny patio.

The second floor master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, cathedral ceiling and large windows that flood the room with light and offer a view of downtown. The sunrises are spectacular! The ensuite has a large soaking tub, walk in glass shower, heated tile floors, and separate water closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. There are a full-size washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room. The office is a large, bright working space.There is a full bath on the second floor.

The fully finished basement is bright and consists of a cozy family room with electric fireplace, a bar area with wine fridge, third bedroom and full bath.

The backyard patio has a large gas barbeque and outdoor dining furniture. Readily available, free street parking.
