Entranceway: The wall artwork, decorations, key holder, floor mat, closet hangers and shoe rack, and everything else shown in the pictures are all included in this rental.

Storage/Laundry Room: The stacked washer/dryer, IKEA shelving unit, two vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, brooms, stepping stool, and everything else shown in the pictures are all included in this rental.

Kitchen: The fridge, stove/oven, two microwaves, dishwasher, kitchen table (with place mats) and chairs, all small appliances, all decorations, and everything else shown in the pictures are all included in this rental. Dishes, bakeware, silverware, serving dishes, and various other kitchen gadgets are also included and will be shown to the renter in-house when the lease is signed. Everything is fully ready for you to move in, use, and enjoy.

Bedroom: The queen size bed (including mattress, linens, and pillows), wall artwork, fan, lamps, end tables, faux wood blinds, laundry basket, decorations, and everything else shown in the pictures are all included in this rental. Linens and pillows are supplied as shown. There will be some hangers in the closet for you to use, and there are also two shoe racks on the floor (see entranceway closet picture for the types of shoe racks that are included).

Bathroom: The artwork shown on the walls in the bathroom, the IKEA shelving unit with towels, and everything else shown in the pictures are all included in this rental.

Living Room: All the wall artwork, the black deacon's bench (extra storage), the area rug, the double hide-a-bed couch with design pillows (plus linens and sleeping pillows), the living room chair with class end table, the faux wood blinds, the floor mat and fan in front of the balcony doors, the television set and television stand, the leather massage chair and oak roll-top desk, printer (includes scanner), the book shelves, the lamp, the remote controls for the television set and cable box, and everything else shown in the pictures are all included in this rental.

Balcony: Everything shown on the balcony including the barbecue, full propane tank, two balcony chairs and one balcony table, and everything else shown in the pictures are all included in this rental.

The location of this condo is a short hop, skip, and jump down the stairs to the garbage disposal room, so you will never have to drag your garbage a long way through the building, down the elevator in order to throw it away. Believe me, this is super convenient compared to other units located at the far end of the building. This is a quiet and peaceful building in a great neighbourhood that is walking distance from Beacon Hill Shopping Plaza. There are bus stops nearby and street parking. Oftentimes, there are underground parking spaces available for rent if you ever need it. Other condo owners will advertise this on the bulletin board in the Canada Post mail room on the main level.
