About us: We are a young professional couple in our early 30s, both working full-time jobs. We're clean, tidy, non-drinkers, non-smokers, and we don't party—we keep to ourselves. On weekends, we usually go hiking or camping, but sometimes we stay home and watch TV. We do have a small Pomeranian that will occasionally be here.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and tidy person to share our space. The house is a beautifully newly-built home with high-end upgrades. It's located close to new amenities such as the hospital, Superstore, Save-On-Foods, the world’s largest YMCA, and VIP Cineplex. There’s quick access to both Deerfoot and Stoney Trail.

• Utilities include water, heating, electricity, and high-speed internet (1 gigabit).
• Street parking available.
• Spacious house with a shared kitchen equipped with upgraded appliances. You’ll have private use of your own bathroom, as we are only renting one room upstairs. The exception to the bathroom use may be twice a year if we have an overnight guest or when family visits (once per year). You will also have your own loft area to relax and watch your TV, complete with a sectional and TV. No mattress is provided. No couples allowed.
• Gas BBQ on a large deck.
• No smokers.
• The bedroom is 9’4” x 12’8” with lots of natural light. A queen bed frame and chest of drawers are included. The closet is built into the room.

We are clean and expect the house to be kept clean as well. Leaving dishes in the kitchen sink or a mess on the counter for days is not acceptable. Other than that, we're easy to get along with.

$900 Base Rent

$50 - Utilities (High-Speed Internet, Heat, Water, Electricity)

$950 - Total Monthly Rent

Must have renter's insurance.
