  • #301, 109, 116 to Downtown, less than half hour to downtown.

  • #88 to Huntington's bus loop.

Literally steps away from Bus Route #301, so if you work in Downtown, this is great. Do NOT need to climb a hill to the stop (NW is kinda hilly, but no problem at my place as we are at higher spot).Even if you have vehicle, you will appreciate the non-sense of traffic and parking fee by doing bus to work.


Transportation - Vehicle (Airport, Deerfoot Tr.)

  • Airport Trail / 96 Ave is just 3-5 mins away
  • Deerfoot Trail, Beddington Trail and Country Hill Blvd are 3-5 mins away
  • Airport access is great! 8-10 min by car (not too close that you hear the takeoff).

In speaking of vehicle, there is plenty of street parking (There is a long stretch of my fence where you can park, and also green space not in front of anyone's house, which you can also park)
