The living space, kitchenette and bathroom will be shared with a mid-30's professional female. No smoking, no vaping, no pets.

Our home is located in Bowness, and is steps away from Superstore, local shops and close to University of Calgary via transit (bus #1 and #53). Ample street parking is also available outside our home.
