Dalhousie LRT is close by. 1800 square foot home that is shared with the owner, who has 2 doodle dogs (they won't be in your area of the home). You have your own entrance and floor. If you prefer quiet, sunshine, and gardens after work/school, this is the home for you.

Your living area is comprised of a separate sunny south facing bedroom/bath/living area on the walk out floor with a separate entrance. The bedroom has a new full size bed, a desk, closet with shelves. Another closet is available for you in the hallway, and a third near the bathroom. Also included is primary access to the walk out floor living area, which has a gas fireplace, TV (no cable), 1 empty bookshelf, mini fridge, microwave and coffee station that is yours to use. Owner will need occasional access to storage on that floor. The washer/dryer is shared in the basement, which is accessed by your floor - owner will need weekly access to the basement.

Go up 7 stairs to the full kitchen (renovated in 2019) which you share with the owner! You prepare and provide your own food. Owner lives on this floor (kitchen, living, dining room) and the upper floor. The cleaning and shovelling is shared. Street parking is available. Beautiful gardens, deck, yard and neighbours.

I have lived in and loved this house for a long time. I have 2 doodles (dogs that don't shed) - one medium size and one small. They will not have access to the walk out floor, but will have access to the kitchen floor and the back yard.
