Shared basement suite; 1 room for rent in 2 bedroom one bath | Calgary

I am a female university student looking for another female university student to rent out the other room in my basement suite. I have lots of kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, including a table and living room furniture. The bedroom is not furnished. Internet is free along with cable but we have to pay 40% of the utility bill on top of 750.
