The building is located directly across from Parc Jarry, and it is just minutes walk from multiple métro stops, Marché Jean Talon, Little Italy, and Villeray. An amazing apartment in a great area!
This apartment is also within walking/biking distance of Unisoft, Gameloft, Microsoft's new building, etc.
The unit includes all appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer), as well as central air conditioning, a built in de-humidifier, and a good sized terrasse/patio with room for a BBQ. Also included is a parking spot in an underground garage and a good sized storage unit (also located on the parking level).
The building is clean and well maintained, with an on-site caretaker who is very active in managing the property. There property features a gym, multiple elevators, multiple entraces/exits, bicycle parking and lockup in the basement, and a post-box/delivery area for packages.
