There’s a great separate office space as well. Also a private back yard with patio and BBQ. No laundry, but the laundromat is just a few blocks away. It is located right in the heart of Little Italy between College street and Bloor St, close to Bathurst. Permit street parking is available of required. I am subletting all in at $2250 with a $500 deposit to be returned at the end of the sublet. This is ideally a 3-6 month sublet, but open to longer if required, so we can discuss.
