I’m looking for someone to rent/sublet temporarily from approximately ~December to May. However, the home can be available as early as mid-December, with flexibility to rent until the end of June if needed.

Located at Howe St. and Beach Ave, this is an incredible opportunity to rent a bright, modern space in one of the best parts of downtown. You are in a quiet pocket of the city but still close to the best of Yaletown, West-end and Downtown. The home is directly across from Granville island and literally steps to the seawall and minutes to sunset beach.

Both bedrooms are suitable for work from home (WFH) as they have a desk and chair.

The master bedroom is generously sized with a queen bed and a full-sized desk—perfect if you need to work from home. The bedrooms are on separate floors, offering plenty of privacy if you’re sharing the space with a friend.

This home could easily rent for ~$5000 per month furnished, but I’m offering it at a great rate as my priority is finding the right person(s) and timing for this temporary rental.
