Looking to sublet my cute and furnished studio apartment just off of commercial drive. Just a few blocks from Venables and you've hit the lively Commercial Drive district. Looking to rent it starting Oct 1st 2024.

Memory foam queen mattress with bed frame. Laundry is right next to the unit. The place is nicer than the pictures so message for a viewing this week. It is fully furnished.

The suite is facing the alleyway and is facing south.

The suite comes with a dishwasher, internet. Heat and hot water, hydro is capped at $70 per month with any extra costs paid every two months. (BC Hydro billing cycle).

It's about 550 square feet and has a backdoor and front door entrance. You can easily access the laundry room (takes loonies only), which is right next door and can sit and suntan or grow a garden in the garden box in the back area. It is a ground floor suite but faces the courtyard and is very private.

A quiet, clean, mature, non smoking, respectful and responsible person.


No smoking, BBQ's.
One tenant only.
Unfortunately there are NO PETS allowed in this building.

I will ask for references (personal and professional) and background check.
A damage deposit (half months rent) plus one months rent (due before move in) will be required to secure the suite before move in.
