Working Female between the ages of 23-35, however, age is negotiable. Rent is 1200 for each roommate, which includes gas, utilities and internet. Three people will be living here.

Home has shared living, kitchen, backyard, basement, and living room spaces, as well as ample storage and driveway/street parking. A TV with access to streaming services is downstairs

Location is a 15 minute drive from the airport and has direct bus routes like the 301 and 109 to get downtown, and a 12 minute walk to a shopping center for groceries, restaurants and pharmacy/drug store. Green spaces and pathways are all around the neighborhood, as is a tennis court and nearby pond.

Laundry amenities on site.

First and last month’s rent required before move-in. Zoom call or in person interview first before a walk through. No pets and no couples.
