Amazing basement suite in quiet neighborhood. This suite is not a part of a rental property as the owner who is very handy, built the suite and lives upstairs. The suite was original set up as an air BnB so the rent includes not only all utilities and internet, but essentially everything else as well. Dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery, linen, pillows, towels, ironing board and iron, almost everything is new and unused. This suite is prefect for a student new to town, someone dealing with an insurance claim or someone who just moved to Calgary with just the cloths on there back. The suite has a separate entrance with keypad locks on the front gate and side door. The suite does not have a stove, but the kitchen has two induction burners, toaster oven, electric grill, microwave, air fryer, toaster and coffee maker, all new. Nice size bathroom with lots of storage and a huge soaker tub with shower. The bedroom has a Queen bed with plenty of storage, a 32" TV and a work area with a desk and chair. The living room has a brand new 70 inch TV with soundbar, Netflix, Disney and Amazon included with a brand new power theater style recliner sofa. Also included is a shared washer and dryer, a shared second refrigerator and some basement storage for small stuff. The yard is gated front and back, has a beautiful backyard with sofa and chairs, BBQ and dining area. The suite is close to all amenities with excellent transit connections nearby, street parking for one car is available as well. I'm not set up for storage of large items so if you have some, they would have to go into an off site storage facility. Just bring your cloths and personal items, a quick trip to the grocery store and you'll be set up to enjoy your awesome basement suite in no time at all.
